Frequently Asked Questions

I'm not a developer, can I still use this service?

Yes! Thanks to seamless integrations with numerous third-party apps, harnessing the power of our AI models is easy for non-developers. Simply copy and paste the API key from your account dashboard into a supported application and everything else will take care of itself.

I'm a developer, why should I integrate your API into my application?

Our API provides fast, reliable access to open-source AI models through clean REST endpoints with simple documentation and helpful support. We offer simple pricing, flexible scaling options, and a generous affiliate program that lets you earn when your users sign up through your integration. Check out our affiliate program to learn more.

What are credits?

Credits are required to use our API service. Each time you make a request to generate content, a certain number of credits are deducted based on the model used. In general, the more resources required to run an AI model - the more credits each generation will cost. On average, to generate content, small models use 1 credit and large models use 2 credits. Refer to the docs for specific model usage info.

What if I run out of credits?

If you run out of credits, you can upgrade to a larger plan and our system will automatically prorate the cost based on your current usage. You can also purchase additional top up credits at any time from your account dashboard. Of course, you can always just wait until the end of your monthly billing cycle for your credit allocation to reset.

What's the difference between small and large AI models?

Small Models: Swift and efficient, they offer good performance for quick responses. Ideal when you prioritize speed and responsiveness without needing hefty computational resources. Large Models: Robust and accurate, these models shine in delivering high-performance results, however they are slower and require more computational resources. Choose large models for tasks where precision and a deeper understanding are key.

What's the difference between shared and dedicated model hosting?

Shared Hosting: A cost effective option, where multiple users share the same computational resources for running AI models. Dedicated Hosting: Exclusive access to dedicated computational resources, ensuring consistent and predictable performance. It comes at a higher cost, but is ideal for high-demand users or applications that need more control and reliability.

Can I deploy a custom/fine-tuned model to your cloud infrastructure?

Yes! We support the deployment of custom/fine-tuned models on our servers, subject to AI safety tests. Contact us for details on the submission process and requirements.

Ok, I've paid now what?

After successful payment, you'll redirected to your account dashboard. From there, grab your API key and connect it with any supported third-party app or head over to the documentation to learn how to start generating.

How do I cancel my plan?

You can cancel your monthly plan at any time by clicking the cancel button from within your account dashboard or via the API.
